ORSENATAS LTD, Company No. 16435964, registered in England and Wales, is the controller. Registered office: Piccadilly Business Centre, Unit C, Blackett Street, Aldow Enterprise Park, Manchester, M12 6AE, United Kingdom.

Privacy requests: orsenatas@gmail.com. A dedicated privacy address will replace this address only after delivery has been tested.

Data, purposes and lawful bases

Waitlist. We process the email address you submit, consent status and timestamp, notice version, signup source and any campaign parameters supplied with the form. We use these data to administer the waitlist and send Doana product updates. The lawful basis for marketing messages is consent under Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR.

Calculator. Destination, product class, values, origin and declaration inputs are processed to return an estimate. We do not attach those inputs to an account or intentionally store them in the application database. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in providing the requested tool.

Security and access logs. The web server and host may process IP address, timestamp, requested path, HTTP status, user-agent and security events to operate and protect the service. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in service reliability, abuse prevention and incident investigation.

We do not currently use public-site advertising trackers, third-party analytics or non-essential marketing cookies.

Recipients and processors

The public site and database run on infrastructure hosted by OVH. Authorised ORSENATAS LTD personnel may access the systems for operations and support. We may disclose data where legally required. No email marketing provider is currently connected. The operator must confirm OVH's exact contracting entity, data-centre location and current subprocessors before launch; this policy does not invent providers that have not been configured.

International transfers

ORSENATAS LTD is established in the United Kingdom. The exact location of the active OVH service and any applicable transfer mechanism must be confirmed by the operator before launch. We will update this section when that evidence is available.

Retention

Waitlist data is retained while the waitlist is operating, unless you withdraw consent or request erasure sooner. A fixed automated deletion schedule has not yet been enabled and is a launch action. Access-log retention is controlled by host logging configuration; a bounded, documented period is also a launch action.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal. Contact us using the address above. We may need to verify the request before acting.

You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. EU residents may also contact their local supervisory authority.

Automated decisions

The public site does not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about individuals. Calculator outputs are informational estimates, not decisions about a person.

Consent withdrawal and suppression

Ask us to stop product updates or erase your waitlist entry at any time. We will suppress the address from future messages and retain only the minimum record needed to honour that request where necessary.

Changes

We may update this policy when the service or its providers change. The version and effective date above identify the text that applied.
